Plastic Extrusion
We carry out all kinds of plastic extrusion, such as pipes, profiles and plates, from raw material purchase to the final product, from mixer to granules and mold production, with our own extruder lines.
Plastic Injection
As in plastic extrusion, we carry out all kinds of plastic injection jobs from raw material purchase to the final product, from mixing to granule and mold production, with our own injection machines.
Masterbatch
In addition to our plastic extrusion and injection moulding, we started to make the necessary investments for master-batch production in 2020 in order to meet the increasing demand. We are planning to add to our product portfolio as of 2021.
About us
Our company started its commercial life in 1991 as TEKNOMATİK MÜHENDİSLİK with professionals who has served the plastic industry for more than 15 years.
In an office of 30 square meters, we started our work by providing technical service to different types of extruder lines and injection machines in the market as well as consulting services to a few companies in the sector.
With our nearly 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, our main field of activity is the production of PVC pipes and profiles with Extruder Machines, which we manufacture in our own facility with a closed area of 2,500 square meters.
Aiming to provide faster, higher quality and more professional service to our customers, BORMAST PLASTİK ve MAKİNE SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. We continue on our way with the understanding and investments required for quality and sustainable production by separating plastic production from machine construction.
